Questions people actually ask
Which photo should I use?
A sharp, well-lit photo where the face is clearly visible, ideally facing the camera. The bigger the photo, the sharper the print on large items (blanket, poster). We warn you when the resolution is too low.
Is my photo sent to your servers?
Detection and cutout happen in your browser. Only the face you pick (the crop around the head) is uploaded to build your pattern. It's deleted automatically after 72 hours if you don't order, and you can delete it right away.
Do you recognise people?
No. We detect where faces are so we can cut them out, that's it. No identification, no comparison, no biometric database.
Who makes the products?
Our partner Printful prints and ships every item on demand from its facilities (Europe first for European orders).
How long does it take?
Usually 2 to 7 business days of production, then the delivery time shown in your cart for your country. Exact times depend on the product and the carrier.
Can I return an item?
Items are made with your face: the withdrawal right doesn't apply to clearly personalised goods. If your item arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, legal guarantees apply: we replace or refund it.
Can I use someone else's photo?
Yes, with their permission (and their parents' for a minor). Humour yes; humiliation or harassment, no. We may refuse orders that break these rules.
Small, Big or WTF: what's the difference?
Three real head sizes. Small: dozens of tiny heads, like a textile print. Big: clearly readable heads. WTF: huge heads, sometimes cut at the edges. For maximum impact.
